Description
A well-defined and clear agreement is the basis for a good working relationship between you and your customer. The absence of a written agreement or a poor constructed agreement often leads to problems and concerns. With the right knowledge and a well-described agreement, you can reduce the risk of claims and disputes. This education aims to teach students how to prepare a good tender and construction contract. During your training, we will teach you the difference between the various forms of Swedish contract form, and the most important parts in the general conditions of contract for building and civil engineering works and building services.
Program
- From tender to contract – part 1. This course is suitable for anyone working with renovation and new construction projects for private clients. In one day, we will review the key elements of consumer law, learn how to use the Swedish agreement forms for construction works in private sector and general rules for “single-family homes” contracts.
- From tender to contract – Part 2. This course is suitable for those who work as a prime contractor or subcontractor in construction projects where the General Conditions for the building, construction and installation contracts are used. In one day, we will review the key elements of AB 04 and ABT 06.
Eligibility/Certificates
After the training the participant will receive a training certificate / diploma.
