Description
The purpose of this training is to acquire the knowledge and skills needed when working with supervisors on a construction project – ie time management, planning and control of construction projects, and documentation of the construction project in the construction site diary. Without proper planning it is difficult to ensure that the project proceeds smoothly, is completed on time and within the calculated budget. Knowledge of resource planning is the key to effective and successful project management

- During the course you will learn the basics of time management, resource planning and impact assessment, and documentation of the project in the construction site diary. This is an intense 3-hour course that is based on theory and practice.
- This course is for those who want to learn how to understand and make schedules for their own building projects. The course is also useful for those who work with supervise of construction projects.
Eligibility/Certificates
After completing the training, participants receive a diploma.
